Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day of
February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Council-
men Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt
and Spaeth.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-92
PAYMENT OF ANNUAL PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Manager in reports to this Council dated January
8, 1974 and February 8, 1974, reviewed the matter of delinquent taxes
and special assessments on City -owned property, and
WHEREAS, followins the direction of the City Council he is recoc-
mending that future special assessments be paid by annual budgetary
apr,:,opriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the City Manager be directed to submit to this
Council annually in the proposed City's budget recommendations concerning
the payment of special assessments due and payable in the budget year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
In favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
