Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, E. regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held ori tiie 11th Pay of
February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Council-
men Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Council-zn Hunt
and Spaeth.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and ir)ved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-91
PAYMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS DUE ON VARIOUS LEVIES
FOR THE YEAR 1974
WHEREAS, the City Manager in reports to this Council dated January
8, 1974 and February 8, 1974, reviewed the matter of special assessments
which are due and payable on City -owned property in 1974,
WHEREAS, following the direction of the City Council, he has recom-
mended the payment of such assessments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Finance Director be and the same is hereby
authorized and directed to pay special assessments on City owned
property which are due in 1974, and FURTHER that such payments are
to be made from the Special Assessment Sinking Fund, and FURTHER that
such payments are to be made on approximately May 31 and October 31,
1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote bf:ng taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
