Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of February, 1974. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt.
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-79
CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWALS FOR 1974
WHEREAS, ten Cigarette License applications have been presented
to the Council for approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section
6, of the City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Cigarette License Applicationsfor the
business establishments listed below, are hereby approved for the
period January 1, 1974 through December 31, 1974,

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
