HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-077Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of February, 1974. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt.
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-77
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR STREET CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the staff has presented to this Council a proposed special
assessment policy for street construction in accordance with Council direc-
tion, and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed said policy and believes that it is
fair and equitable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the special assessment policy for street construction as
contained in Engineering Memo 74-36, dated February 1, 1974 be and the same
is hereby adopted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol%wing voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
