HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-073CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-73 LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND -LOCAL 49 IUOE WHEREAS, the City Manager has negotiated a tentative agreement with representatives of Local 49, International Union of Operating Engineers representing certain employees of the City of Plymouth and recommended Council approval of this three-year agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager be authorized and directed to execute the three-year contract between the City of Plymouth and Local 49, Inter- national Union of Operating Engineers, representing certain employees of the City of Plymouth for the period January 1, 1974 through December 31, 1976. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
