HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-068• 0 CITY OF PLYMOUTH W Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-68 SITE PLAN REVIEW - MINNEAPOLIS PARK AND RECREATION BOARD WHEREAS, the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board has requested Site Plan Approval for a Nursery Service Center Building to be located on Niagara Lane between 21st and 23rd Avenues, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the Site Plan submitted by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board for the construction of a Nursery Service Center Building on Niagara Lane between 21st and 23rd Avenues be approved subject to the facility being connected to City water and sewer, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Park Dedication Requirements be met when the property is platted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunts, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
