HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-066CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of February, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-66 REVISED SITE PLAN -- AACRON, INC. WHEREAS, Aacron, Inc. has requested approval of a revised site plan to construct an addition of approximately 23,200 sq, ft, to their existing facility located at 2705 Cheshire Lane, and WHEREAS, on October 9, 1973 by Resolution 73-386 this Council did approve of a site plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the request of Aacron, Inc. for approval of a revised site plan for an addition to their existing facility at 2705 Cheshire Lane be approved subject to the following conditions: 1) That all parking spaces be located at least 50 feet from Cheshire Lane right of way and fire lanes provided at all exits. 2) That a park dedication fee of $215 be paid to the City (.43 acre X $500 for area of Lot 6 to be added to Lot 7). 3) That the petitioner's industrial operation be subject to the performance standards as established for the I-1 Zoning District. (See Section 15, Subdivision 8, Paragraph 2, Zoning Ordinance). 4) That a landscaping bond be posted with the City to insure installa- tion of landscaping in accordance with the approved landscaping plan. 5) That there be no outside storage of materials and all waste storage. areas be screened with a solid fence or landscaping materials. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
