Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January, 1974. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt.
The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-63
RENEWAL OF CYRANO'S RESTAURANT, INC.
FOR AN ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, Richard 0. Nichols, President of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc.,
located at 3005 Harbor Lane, has applied for renewal of its On -Sale Liquor
License which expires January 31, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the application for renewal of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc. for
an On -Sale Liquor License commencing February 1, 1974 has been reviewed and
recommended for approval by the Chief of Police ani staff,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the application of Richard G. Nichols, President of Cyrano's
Restaurant, Inc. for the issuance of an Or, -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
for the purpose of selling intoxicating liquor at retail for consumption
on the premises of Cyrano's Restaurant, Inc., located at 3005 Harbor Lane,
effective February 1, 1974 through January 31, 1975 be and the same is hereby
approved, subject to the appropriate laws of the United Stetes, the State of
Minnesota, and the ordinance of the City of Plymouth and the regulations of
the Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
