HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-062CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January, 1974. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 74-62 PUBLIC HEARING FOR RADISSON HOTEL CORPORATION FOR AN ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE WHEREAS, Jorgen Viltoft, President, Radisson Hotel Corporation has submitted an application for an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for proposed Radisson Inn to be located in the Southeast quadrant of inter- section of Interstate Highway 494 and State Highway 55, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 4.14 of the City Code a public hearing shall be held with regard to such application, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that a public hearing shall be held on February 25, 1974 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, 14900 Twenty-third Avenue North, with regard to the application of Jorgen Viltoft for an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
