Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January, 1974. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-61
DESIGNATION OF OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1974
WHEREAS, the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for the year
1974 is to be designated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the Plymouth Sun is hereby appointed as the official news-
paper for the City of Plymouth for 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted
against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
