4) That preliminary plat for the balance of the parcel to the
north be presented to provide traffic circulation flow and
to provide access to adjacent property to the north and to
the east.
5) That all access drives on the final site plans be subject
to the approval of the Planning Staff and the City Engineer.
6) That the location of fire hydrants, fire lanes and land-
scaping be shown on the final site plan per ordinance
requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, -and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
