HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1974-045CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of January, 1974. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 74-45 PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL WHEREAS, Herb Mason has requested Preliminary Plat approval for dividing a parcel of approximately 9 acres into 12 single family lots south of County Road 15 between Ranchview Lane and Vicksburg Lane extended, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has recommended denial, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Herb Mason for Preliminary Plat be approved, subject to the following conditions: 1) That a 35' building setback from future Ranchview Lane be maintained. 2) That a 701 building setback from County Road 15 for Lots 8 through 12 be maintained. 3) That restrictive covenants be filed which would pro- hibit the further division of Lots 1 through 12. 4) That the Final Plan and Development Contract include a combination of joint driveway and turn -around pro- visions on each of these lots. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils; and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. o�
