WHEREAS, the Staff and Consulting Engineer have met and made a review
and evaluation,of the merits of pressure filtration versus gravity filtration
water treatment plant,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, that based on the review and evaluation of the Staff and Con-
sulting Engineer the City Council hereby authorizes the Consulting Engineer
to proceed with' preparation of Final Plans and Specifications for a pressure
iron removal water treatment, plant,
AND. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the clearwell and booster station not
be constructed as a part of this project.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils
voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth.
