1) That a performance bond for landscaping. improvements be placed !
with the City prior to building permit approval and that a
�I reasonable completion date be established.
2) That more complete architectural plans relative to air conditioning
f� units,-ducts, and other mechanical equipment on the roof of the
j' roposed structure be subject to the approval of the Director of
Planning and Community Development.
3) That no outdoor storage of garbage and waste materials be
'? permitted,
'i 4) That fire lanes as recommended by the,Fire Chief be established.
E 5); That a parking variance of 44 spaces be granted subject to having i
j' area on the site available for this if necessary in-the future,
I' 6) That the placement of the 'driveways be subject to County approval.;
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutia:, was duly
i seco4ded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the, follow
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor,Hilde, Councilmen Neils. Seibold .and Hunt: 1
