PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL PROPOSED LITTON ADDITION
WHEREAS, Carlson Companies, Inc. hes requested preliminary plat approval
fora parcel containing approximately 46 acres and generally bounded by County a
Road 6, County 'Roed 61 and Chicago Northwestern Railroad right-of-way and
Interstate 494, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission ha3 reviewed said request and
has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the request of Carlson Companies, Inc. for preliminary plat
approval of the proposed "Litton Addition" be and is hereby approved subject z
to the following conditions: h
1. That the Park dedication requirements consist of a cash contri-
bution and be calculated in the development contract.
2. That a drainage easement along the west portion of the property
be provided as per Engineering Department reco mndations.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
