Councilman Hunt introduced the fyllor:i.tg Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLU=TION NO. 74-8
- AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE CAB'ANO CHASSIS TRUCK
WHEREAS, Pursuant to an advertisement for bids for one (1) 1,000 G.V W.'
4 x 4 cab and chassis;truck,_bids were received on December 210 1971#110,1601."
a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were re-
teived complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that International -Harvester Company is the
lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY I
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Manager is.hereby authorized to issue
a purchase order to the International -Harvester Company for one (1) 10,000
G.V.W. 4 x 4 cab and chassis truck in the amount of $2,787.00 with trade.
The motion for the adoption: of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded i
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The
k1 lowing voted against or abstained: tsone. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted. �.''
