Pursulmt.ta` due call and notice'thereof ,'a regular meeting`'of the'C;ity
Council of 'the 'City of Plymouth, .Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
January, IP74. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaetl
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 74-6
CONSOLIDATION AND DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED PARCELS
WHEREAS, William D. Levering,, Route 2, Box 3396, Maple Plain has requester
a consolidation and division of existing platted parcels within the City of
Plymouth,
NOW,.THEREFORE,'BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE'

The motion for the adoption of; the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted",
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution -was
declared duly passed and adopted.
