Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plyr.outh, h'innesota, o-ras held on the 7th day of
January 197 4. The following merbers were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt The following members
were absent: Councilman Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 74-4
CONSOLIDATION OF EXISTING PLATTED PARCELS
WHEREAS, Kenneth N. Christensen, 2428 E. Medicine Lake Boulevard, Plymouth,`
has requested a consolidation of existing platted parcels within the City of
Plymouth, i

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF t
PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the City Manager
be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon
City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:

44520 0950 19 8 Rearrangement in Medicine Lake
1000 20 Park 3rd
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Ccuncilmen Neils, Seibold and
Hunt The following voted against or
abstained:- None tlhereupon the Pesolution %ras declared
duly passed send adopted.
