RESOLUTION 74-2
CONSOLIDATION OF EXISTING PLATTED PARCELS
WHEREAS, Dale W. Johnson, 11310 County Road 15, Plymouth, has requested
a consolidation of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth,
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOFTHE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the City ;
'Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the ;consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded -"
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
