CONSOLIDATIONS AND A DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED PARCELS
WHEREAS, Arthur Hinnenthal of 419 Vinewood lane No. and Charles E Lorraine
Meyer of 425 Vinewood Lane No., Plymouth, have requested consolidations and a
divisionof existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth, a
NO.i, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREPY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the City Manager
be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon
City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly scsonded
by Councilman Neils, end upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The
following voted against or abstained: Pone. Whereupon the Resolution was
decirred dU passed and adopted.
