The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Cour.cilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following members were absent: Councilman Spaeth.' ,a Councilman Aunt introduced the 'following Resolution and mored its adoption• k RESOLUTION NO. 74-1' CONSOLIDATIONS AND A DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED PARCELS WHEREAS, Arthur Hinnenthal of 419 Vinewood lane No. and Charles E Lorraine Meyer of 425 Vinewood Lane No., Plymouth, have requested consolidations and a divisionof existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth, a NO.i, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREPY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Lots Addition 44650 4010 4 Tranquil Vista 4010 iportion of->5 Tranquil Vista Parcel 'A' of 20,650± 4010 partian of)-lo-7 Tranquil Vis 44650 5010 (portion of)--PS Tranquil Vista'j 5010 6 Tranquil Vista Parcel "B' of 39,6001 5010 (portion nf)-a7 44200 2215 Greer's Orchard Tracts ' 44650 8010 (portion of)-p8 Tranquil Vista Parcel "C" of 18,500 8010 (portion of)-9,9 Tranquil Vista sq. ft. i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly scsonded by Councilman Neils, end upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: Pone. Whereupon the Resolution was decirred dU passed and adopted.
