Pursuant to due cal and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
December, 1973, The following mEw,bers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilman
Hunt.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-501
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has submitted to this Council a proposed
Compensation Plan for Village employees for the period commencing January
1, 1974 through December 31, 1974, and
WHEREAS, this proposed Plan contemplates a 6% cost of living adjustment
to all steps of said Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the additional adjustment recommended by the Village
Manager for the positions of Secretary to the Manager, Appraiser II,
Engineering Aide -Draftsman and Police Sergeant be, and the same are hereby
approved, subject to the formula contained in Resolution No. 73-500.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing i0solution wa; duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The
following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on December 27, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 7th day of January, 1974.
