Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Villag
C,juncil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seiiaold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-499
WHEREAS, forty Cigarette License applications have been presented to
the Council for approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of the
Village Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Cigarette License Applications for the business
establishments listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, are hereby approved for
the perior January 1, 1974 through December 31, 1974.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The fallowing voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
