VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a`regula-0 meeting of the Village,
Council of the 0111age of 'Plymouth ,`Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
December, 1973. The ,following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth:> The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and 'moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 73-494
WHEREAS, the Village has; been requested to appoint a Director and
Alternate Director to the Suburban;Rate Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Sherman Goldberg is hereby appointed as Director
to the Suburban Rate Authority and Lloyd Ricker is hereby designated''to
serve as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for the year
1974 and until successors are appointed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded-1,
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following Voted;;a n
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,`Se bold and, Spaeth.
The followingvoted against or abstained.*' None., Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
