Pursuant to due call and, notice thereof, a -regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of P,I,ymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
December, 1973. The following members were present:Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and_Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-490
WHEREAS, this Council on June 19, 1972, by Resolution No, 72-208 did
require that a bond be posted to insure that the landscaping be installed by Di
Builders, Inc. in accordance with a landscaping, plan dated April 1.0, 1972,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the landscaping has been done in'
accordance with the landscaping plan,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE.VILLAGE COUNCIL,:OF1 THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager be authorized to release said
bond.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote .being taken thereon, the following Voted
n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth`.
The.following voted against or abstained: None.. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
