HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-489VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Counci1 of the Village of,.Plymouth, Minnesota was, held on the 17th day of December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen'= Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent,: None. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-489 WHEREAS, this Council has determined,that the residents.of the Village of Plymouth would benefit through expanded'* of joint facilities of the Village and Independent School District`284 and WHEREAS, they have met with. the Board of Education of Independent School�•'. District 284 an& drafted a Joint and Cooperative Agreement for the ,purposes of providing improved recreational'facilities ani programs;.,' NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE.,: VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Manager be authorized and directed to execute the Joint and Cooperative Agreement for Recreational,:Facilities with Independent School District 284. The motion for the adoption,of the foregoing Reso]utton watt duly seconded; by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being.taken thereon;; the following vated:.' in favor, thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt;`Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
