Pursuant to due cail,;and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, linnesota,was held on the 17th day of
December, 1973. Thefollowing, members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.` The followingmembers were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following- Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0.,73-487
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Storm Drainage District BC -42 as
shown in the Storm Drainage plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, March 1973 by the
construction of storm drainage pipe and all necessary appurtenances, and to
access the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Chapter 398 as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the proposed improvement be referred to Sonestroo,
Rosen, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a a
preliminary way -as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and, as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The
following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth. Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council, of said Village held on December 17, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
