Pursuant todue.call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was; held on the 17th. day of
December, 1973. The following members, were present; Mayor.Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members: were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introd6-cr4 the following, Resol ution and moved its
adoption:

WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 25th Avenue between Magnolia Lane and
approximately 1150 feet west thereofby the construction of bituminous street
a
and necessary appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or '
a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 19.3, Chapter 398 as amended),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE -OF PLYMOUTH, that the proposed improvement be referred to 9onestroo,
Rosen; Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary war as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible. and as

to whether it should best be. made as proposed'or in connection with some
other improvement and the,estimated cost of. the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutibn:wss duly seconded,

by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote beim taken thereon r the,- following voted 4

in favor thereof,: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Sei:bold'. The

Resolution was -declared duly passed and adopted.
