HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-481VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-481 WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend a portion of the Northeast Sanitary Sewer Interceptor between the following points: 5 to 5C 5Cto6 6 to approximately 4000 feet north (approx. 49th Ave.) as shown in the Report on the Comprehensive Sewer plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, 1972, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the proposed improvement be referred to Consulting Engineer Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates for study which shall include the following considerations: 1) The proposed alignment of Lancaster Lane between County Road 9 and 49th Avenue. 2) Any proposed developments on file with the Village. 3) Alternate plan "B" as contained in Report Supplement on Compre- hensive Sewer Plan for the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, 1973, and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improve- ment is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the updated estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
