Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-479
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 34th Avenue btween Kilmer Lane and
Pilgrim Lane by the construction of a 7 ton bituminous street with concrete
curb and gutter and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.01
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended).
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA(
OF PLYMOUTH, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Engineer
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenier
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed im-
provement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the im-
provement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on December 17, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 31st day of December. 1973.
