Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-478
WHEREAS, Raldon Daniels has requested Site Plan approval for an addition
to his building located at 3425 County Road 18 and a Conditional Use Permit
to operate a sporting goods store, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewer said re-
quest and has recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Raldon Daniels for approval of a Site Plan
for a building addition and a Conditional Use Permit to operate a sporting
goods store at 3425 County Road 18 be approved subject to the following
conditions:
1) That the parking area be revised in such a manner that there be
a green strip provided adjacent to the front property line to
conform with that of the pizza parlor on the north and 15 foot
side and rear yards be maintained.
2) That a landscaping plan for the yard areas be submitted subject
to Staff approval and a performance bond.be posted with a com-
pletion date.
3) That all signs adhere to Zoning Ordinance regulations and be
subject to Staff approval.
4) That the exterior facade of the addition conform to the existing
building facade in material and coloration.
5) That no outside storage of goods or materials be permitted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted
against or abstained: Councilmen Seibold and Neils. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.
