HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-476VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-476 WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth has approved a Subdivision Variance for Parcels A and B located at the Northeast corner of County Road 9 and Fernbrook Lane in Section 15 within the Village of Plymouth, requested by Northwestern Bell Telephone Company and R. Berthiaume, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that copies of the Resolution approving said Subdivision Variance not be filed with the County until the following conditions are met: 1) That 60 feet of right of way along Fernbrook Lane be dedicated to the Village for street and utility purposes. 2) That 50 feet of right of way for street and utility purposes be dedicated along the south side of the Northwestern Bell Parcel A(45 feet of right of way over West 231 feet). 3) That the street right of way requirements for Parcel B be met at the time the parcel is developed for any other use. 4) That a ark dedication of $2,190 (4.38 Ac. X $500) be paid to the Vilgage. 5) That a drainage and trail easement be dedicated to t`r Village over a triangular shaped .32 acre parcel at the Norttr_aat corner, 125 feet on the north and 225 feet on the east. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Spaeth. The follow- ing voted against or abstained: Councilmen Hunt and Neils. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. rrâ–ºrr STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN )) SS.
