Pursuant. to due; call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village;

Decembers 19.7Jr, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen -
Spaeth, Hunt,.Nei1s and Seibold.•, the following members were absent; None.
Coundilon Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION,NO. 73-466
WHEREAS, Wayzata Developers, Im ,.Developer of Sunny Acres has completed"
the ho':,construction in the Sunny Acres Second Addition and the streets
therein are to a satisfactory, condition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT; HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the Bond No..37'S44146, dated -December 7, 1464 in
.the amount of`53,750:00'W hereby released.

The motion for t,e adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded.
by Counclmon Neils;, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
