VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of
December, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-464
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth constructed a sanitary sewer line on
10th Avenue between Nathan Lane and County Road 18 and said sewer terminated
opposite the Thompson Lumber Company property located at the northwest
corner of 10th Avenue and County Road 18, Project 134, and
WHEREAS, Thompson Lumber Company had to incur certain expenses because
the sewer line was not designed to be placed at a low enough elevation to
provide service to their basement without. modifying their internal plumbing,
and
WHEREAS, the Village would have incurred additional expense if the
sewer line would have originally been designed to be placed at an elevation
that would have provided, sewer service without any modification to the
Thompson Lumber Company internal system,,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village's consulting Engineer for said Project
#134, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates are hereby requested to
reimburse the Vi'llage $162.60 for additional expenses incurred in said work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefullyy compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held December 3, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is -a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 26th day of December, 1973.
