Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a'special meeting of the Vi ge
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 26th day of
NoYetiiber, 1973, The`fol"Towing members were present;' Mayor Hi de, Councilmen
:Hunt and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Councilmen Neilsand,
Seibold,
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its 4'
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.. 73-456
WHEREAS, the Village Council is required by to sit as a Board of
Canvassers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE'OF PLYMOUTH that the Council shall convene as a Board of Canvas"secs"
at 4:30 p, m. on Thursday, December 6, 1W73.atthe Plymouth Village Hall.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded;
by Counci-nan Spaeth, and upon vote being taken; thereon, the. following voted"
in favor thereof: ,Mayor HiIde, Councilmen,,,Hu't and`Spaeth. The following r.
voted against or abstained;. None. Whereupon the'Resolution was declared`
duly passed and adopted..
