Council of'the Village of Plymouth 'Minnesota was held'on the 26th day of
Rovember, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde.,'Councilmen
Huntand Spas#h, The ;following members were absent: Councilmen Neils. and

Councilman Spaeth introduced the followingResalution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 73-454
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 145.08 and 145.12, prp-
vision has been made for a public health nursing district in that portion;of
Hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to, such authority such a public health nursing district
has been organized and -has been, in, operation for severalyears, and
WHERFAS,:it is deemed necessary -to continue the operation of such'; 4;
nursing district and to provide it with adequate funds for its proper operation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ,RESOLVED .BY THE V.ILLAtiETCOUNCiL OF THE
VILLAG€ Of PLYMOUTH that the Y1l,lage continue to be incluait the -public k
health. nursing district of,Sutrurban Hen" ',n organized an January_4,
