VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen 1,paeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-449 WHEREAS, the Village staff has submitted proposed budgets for the Water and Sanitary Sewer utility operations, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council has reviewed the proposed budgets, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the 1974 Water Fund budget in the amount of $471,390 and the Sanitary Sewer Fund budget in the amount of $447,750 be aisd the same are hereby approved and adopted. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor HiA de, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said, Village held on November 12, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
