IlPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
;a Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mitmesota, was held on the 5th day of
November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-448A
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has negotiated an agreement with
representatives of Local 49, International Union of Operating Engineers
representing certain employees of the Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, this agreement has been approved by the Union membership
and recommended for Council approval by the Village Manager, and
WHEREAS, this agreement has been submitted to, and reviewed by,
this Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Village Manager be authorized and
directed to execute the 1973 Labor Agreement between the Village of Plymouth
and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 49 AFL-CIO.
The motion for the adoption of the :oregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman "veils. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: M:,/or Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on November 5, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
