Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of
November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils,and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption
RESOLUTION NO. 73-446
WHEREAS, Roanoke Properties, Inc., owner, has requested that existing
Lots 39, 40, 41, and 42 of Morrison's Lake View Addition be rearranged, and
WHEREAS, this Council has determined that there may be more appropriate
methods for rearranging Lots 39 through 45 Morrison's Lake View Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Roanoke Properties Inc. be referred
to the Planning Commission and Staff for further consideration as to alterna-
tive methods for rearranging Lots 39 through 45, Morrison's Lake View Addi-
tion in order to provide a public street access to all parcels and eliminate
as much as practical the need for direct access to Bass Lake Road (County
Road 10).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following
voted against or abstained: Mayor Hilde. Whereupon the Resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on November 12, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 21st day of December, 1973.
