HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-447AVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-447A WHEREAS, A Change Orz'pr has been prepared and submitted by the Engineer- ing Department for labor and materials furnished for installation of protectiv screen around cage on exterior of tank and repair of safety railing around standpipe, and WHEREAS, the Village Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $378.00 to 4bhe and Svoboda, Contractors for Project 501-501-901-010, Painting of Elevated Water Tower No. 1, is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) 55. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compares the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on November 5, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and compi:te transcript therefrom.
