Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village

Ji Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
i November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-446A
WHEREAS, a Change Order has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, I
Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for the addition of a window between the
pump room and the chlorine room, relocation of the drywell and the placement
of a belt guard on the fluoride pump, and
WHEREAS, the Village Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $149.82 to
Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating for Project 122, Plymouth Pumphouse No. 3,
Is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaetb.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby cert:'fy that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on November 5, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
