HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-446VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-446 WHEREAS, the Village of Plywouth has proposed to construct water lines, storm sewer and sanitary sewer lines across the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad right-of-way where said tracks cross 15th Avenue and Xenium Lane, WHEREAS, the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad has prepared a license agree- ment covering said VI11a,;e utilities installation; said license including a $1200.00 fee, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the Mayor and the Manager be authorized to execute this license agreement including payment of $1200.00 to the Chicago - Northwestern Railroad. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ii favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. :t* STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on November 12, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
