Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of
November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-446
WHEREAS, the Village of Plywouth has proposed to construct water lines,
storm sewer and sanitary sewer lines across the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad
right-of-way where said tracks cross 15th Avenue and Xenium Lane,
WHEREAS, the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad has prepared a license agree-
ment covering said VI11a,;e utilities installation; said license including a
$1200.00 fee,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that the Mayor and the Manager be authorized to execute
this license agreement including payment of $1200.00 to the Chicago -
Northwestern Railroad.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted ii
favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on November 12, 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
the Village this 13th day of November, 1973.
