HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-440A6i i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnes�ta, was held on the 5th day of November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-440A WHEREAS, the Hamel Athletic Club and the Village of Plymouth entered into an agreement dated July 8, 1971 by the terms of which the Association ,would provide certain recreational programs for Village residents, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has previously agreed to pay to the Associa- tion certain sums of money in support of their programs, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE j VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) be appro- priated to assist the Hamel Athletic Club in the conduct of its recreation programs benefiting Plymouth residents for the year 1974. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ,unt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. jThe following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on November 5, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
