HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-440VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of November, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-440 WHEREAS, Northern Holding and Development Company has requested that an existing parcel on Niagara and 21st Avenue North be further subdivided, and WHEREAS, the Village Council has, by Resolution No. 73-439A approved of this request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RF;C,.VED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THF VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Resolution 'lo. 73-439A not be filed with the Cou•:-y until the following conditions a•e met: 1) That 27 feet of additional street right of way be dedicated to the Village of Plymouth along the north side of County , Road 6. 2) That the park dedication requirements be met as set forth in Resolution No. 73-438A. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the fallowing voted i in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seik,jld and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on November 5, 1973, with the original thereof . on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
