Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of

Novernber, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following rL,nbers were absent: None.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-439A
WHEREAS, Northern Holding and Development Company has requested that an
exising parcel be further subdivided, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has now determined that the subdivision of
isaid lot which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the
purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Plymouth and that a
refusal to permit such subdivision would create an unnecessary hardship on
tsuch owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE V
OF PLYMOUTH as follows:
1. Compliance with the provisions of Section 462.358, Subdivision 4,
Minnesota Statutes, and Chapter VII of the Village Code as related
to the division or consolidation of platted lots is hereby approved
with respect to the following described parcels:
PARCEL 1
That part of Government Lot 2 and of the South 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 118, Range 22, Henne-
pin County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at
the Northwest corner of Government Lot 2 (being the center
of said Section 28) thence South along the West line of
said Government Lot 2 a distance of 459.9 feet; thence at
an angle to the left of 25 degrees along the center line
of the Town Road a distance of 248.5 feet; thence South
at an angle to the right of 25 degrees to the intersection
with a line drawn at a right angle from the West line of
said Government Lot 2 at a point therein distant 694.27
feet South, along said West line from the Northwest corner
of said Government Lot 2; thence East along said right
angle line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel
with and distant 1234.37 feet East of the West line of
said Government Lot 2; thence North along said parallel
line a distance of 220 feet; thence at right angles West
a distance of 334.37 feet to an intersection with a line
drawn parallel with and distant 900 feet East of the West
line of said Government Lot 2; thence North along said
parallel line and its northerly extension to the Southerly
boundary line of Circle Star Business Center, First Addi-
tion, according to the plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said
Hennepin County; thence Westerly along the Southerly bound-
ary line of Circle Star Business Center, First Addition
to the West line of said South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4;
thence Southerly along the West line of said Northeast 1/4
to the point of beginning.

That part of Government Lot 2, the South 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 and of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
28, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described
as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Government
Lot 2 (being the center of said Section 28); thence South along
the West line of said Government Lot 2 a distance of 459.9 feet;
thence at an angle to the left of 25 degrees along the center
line of the Town Road a distance of 248.5 feet; thence South
at an angle to the right of 25 degrees to the intersection of
a line drawn at right angles from the West line of said Govern-
ment Lot 2 at a point therein distant 694.27 feet South, along
said West line from the Northwest corner of said Government Lot
2; thence East along said right angle line to its intersection
with a line drawn parallel with and distant 1234.37 feet East
of the West line of said Government Lot 2, the actual point of
beginning of the land to be herein described; thence East along

center line of Hennepin County, State Aid Highway No. 6, Plat 5.
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence
Southeasterly along the center line of said Highway a distance
of 107.82 feet more or less to its intersection with a line
drawn North parallel with the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 from a point on the extension Westerly of the
center line of said Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. E and
its Westerly extension distant 1184.42 feet West of the Fast line
of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence Northerly along
said line drawn parallel with the East line of said Northeast
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 to a point thereon distant 208.71 feet
Northerly of the center line of said County State Aid Highway
No. 6 extended Westerly; thence Easterly and parallel with the
center line of said County State Aid Highway No. 6 and its Westerly
extensior a distance of 208.71 feet. thence North parallel with
the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 a
distance of 183.63 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the
centerline of said County State Aid Highway No. 6 a distance of
$25.00 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 a distance of 467.34 feet;
thence East parallel with said County State Aid Highway No. 6
a distance of 50.00 feet; thence North parallel with the East
line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and its Northerly
extension to the Southerly boundary line of Circle Star Business
Center First Addition; thence Westerly along said Southerly
boundary line of Circle Star Business Center to its intersection
with a line drawn parallel with and distant 900 feet East of
the West line of said South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 and said
Government Lot 2; thence South along said parallel line to its
Intersection with a line drawn parallel with and distant 220
feet North of a line drawn Easterly from a point in the West
line of said Government Lot 2 distant 694.27 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence East along said last
described line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel
with and distant 1234.37 feet East of the West line of said
Government Lot 2; thence South along said last described parallel
line a distance of 220 feet to the actual point of beginning.
PARCEL 3
All that part of the following described property to wit: The
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Towrship 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota:
Except that part thereof described as follows: Commenc-
ing at the intersection of the East line of said North-
east 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the centerline of County
Road No. 6; thence West along the center line of said
County Road a distance of 1102.77 feet to the P.C. of a
curve in said centerline; thence continue West along the
tangent of said curve a distance of 81.65 feet; thence

point on a line drawn Easterly at right angles from the West
line of said Government Lot 2 from a point thereon distant
694.27 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Government
Lot 2, distant 820 feet East of the West line of said Govern-
ment Lot 2; thence South and parallel with the West line of
said Government Lot 2 to the centerline of said County State
Aid Highway No. 6 Plat S. according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin Co4nty, Minnesota, said point being the actual point
of beginning of the lend to be herein described; thence
Southeasterly along the centerline of said County State Aid
Highway No. 6 a distance of 225.01 feet more or less to its
intersection with a line drawn parallel with and distant 1020
feet East of the West line of said Government Lot 2; thence
Northerly along said last described parallel line a distance
of 37.13 feet more or less to the Northerly right of way line
of said County State Aid Highway No. 6; thence in a generally
Southeasterly direction along the Northerly right of way line
of said County State Aid Highway No. 6 to the East line of
said Government Lot 2; thence South along the East line of
said Government Lot 2 to the Southeast corner of said Govern-
ment Lot 2; thence West along the South line of said Government
Lot 2 to the Shore of Parker's Lake; thence Northwesterly along
the shore of said Parker's to its intersection with a line drawn
Southerly from the actual point of beginning and parallel with
the West line of said Government Lot 2 and its Southerly exten-
sion; thence North along said last described parallel line to
the actual point of beginning.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Co,,ncilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
