Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village i; Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 29th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-434 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on May 21, 1973, the Village Consulting Engineer retained for the purpose has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Xenium Lane between County Road 6 and the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks; and 15th Avenue North between Xenium Lane and the Chicago -Northwestern Railroad Tracks by the construction of 9 ton streets including gravel base, bituminous surfacing together with concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that: 1, Such plans and specifications, a copy of i0ic_h is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. ' 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of suchImprovement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three (3) days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk until 10:00 a.m., C.S.T. on Friday, November 23, 1973, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Public Works Building, 14900 -23rd Avenue North, by the Village Manager and Engineer, will then be tabulated and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 P. M., C.S.T. on December 3, 1973 in the Council Chambers. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
