HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-430VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-430 WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending October 10, 1973 was presented to the Council for approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that payment of the list of disbursements for the follow- ing funds is approved: First National Bank of Wayzata General Fund $23,893.40 Construction Fund 83,273.34 Water Fund 1,782.35 Sewer Fund 2,030.00 First National Bank of Minneapolis Special Assessment Fund .00 Grand Totals All Funds $ 110,979.09 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH; I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 15, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
