Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-429
WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has acquired certain properties for
park land, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth is desirous
of having certain structures removed,
NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Manager be directed to advertise for
bids for the removal of structures located on the following parcels:

BE IT HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that the Minnesota Department of Highways
Standards and Specifications be followed where possible in preparing the
bidding requirements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
