HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-428VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Acting Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-428 WHEREAS, the Village Council on previous occasions has discussed and approved of the expenditure of Village funds for park and trail improvements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village -Manager be authorized to transfer $57,952 from the Park Dedication Fund to the following Park Department amounts: From Account To Account Amount 101-000-371.01 101-123-810-001 $20,133 101-000-371.02 101-123-810-002 $23,569 101-000-371.03 101-123-810-003 $14,250 TOTAL $57,952 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the, Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN 55. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of _a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 15, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
