HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-426VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-426 WHEREAS, the Village Council of Plymouth Minnesota has ordered Improvement Project #301, Xenium Lane and 15th Avenue, Resolution No. 73-356, dated September 4, 1973, and WHEREAS, plans for said improvement necessitated certain additional rights-of-way along Xenium Lane between County Road 15 and the Chicago - Northwestern Railroad Tracks, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, that eminent domain proceedings be authorized to acquire a permanent easement for street and utility purposes over, under and across the west 16.5 feet of Lot 3, Block C, Plymouth Orchards. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *w* STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on October 15, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
