VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village

Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
October, 1973. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hunt,
Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth. The following members were absent:
Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-423
WHEREAS, Willard H. Budnick has requested that the existing parcel
located at 15205 3rd Avenue North be subdivided into two parcels, and
WHEREAS, this Council has approved that request by Resolution No.
73-422,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Clerk not issue a certified copy of
Resolution No. 73-422 to the County for filing purposes until such time
as the following conditions are met:
1) That street right of way (30 feet), and utility and drainage
easements as required by the Village Engineer be deeded to
the Village.
2) That petitioner provide $150 to the park dedication fund to
satisfy the Village Ordinance requirement for the new lot
created.
3) That basement elevation shall be established by the Village
Engineer before a building permit is issued.
4) That pond construction and drainage requirements be in
accordance with Village Engineer's recommendations.
5) That any required utility stubs be provided by the petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared

the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the ,pillage
Council of said Village held on October 15. 1973, with the original thereof
on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
